Below I would like to share with you 4 simple ways to reduce calories in your body. What you need to do to reduce calories in your body are:

1. Eating toast with jam or honey, no butter. You managed to reduce by 180 calories during breakfast.

2. Take the chocolate to the children (20 gm) than the normal chocolate (49 gm). You reduce 130 calories and 7 g of fat.

3. Sprinkle with just a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese tea than a tablespoon of paste and save you 50 calories.

4. Enjoy steamed vegetables with other meals in the evening than a baked potato with butter. You have to avoid 300 calories.

Practice eating on 4 stages. I believe you'll be able to reduce the number of calories you easily.
